Our Trainee will have the opportunity to draw on their own experiences, interests and skills
within the Creative Producer Trainee role. They will also advance and develop skills and
understanding of the many roles and functions around creative programming and events.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supporting consultations with communities to further develop Grimm & Co’s
activities and programmes and resources to ensure relevance, including supporting
data capture and evaluation
• Events and project planning
• Marketing support such as creating assets for social media / on Canva
• Newsletter production and publication
• Retail support and supporting fundraising activities
• In-session support for school groups
• Arts/creative support, e.g. producing A-frames, displays, props making, resources
and textiles.
• Developing activities for the Feastery (Grimm & Co’s café)
• Maintaining Grimm & Co’s garden and outdoor environment
• Creating and developing the use of a wellbeing garden/retreat for children, young
people, volunteers and staff.
